The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, has today handed over the site for the construction of the boundary wall at the Ministry Office in Mbarara. The site handover was presided over by Mr. Kirya Faisal, who was representing the Under Secretary, in the presence of the Eng Kakiiza Robert the director Patrok Uganda Limited, who is the Contractor, and the team from Mbarara Regional Office.
Ms. Betty Karungi Gafabusa, the Head Mbarara Regional Office, thanked the Ministry top management for hearing their cry for improved security, by allocating and providing funds for the construction of the boundary wall.
Eng. Kakiiza Robert, on behalf of the contractor, thanked the Ministry for trusting their company with the project, and promised to deliver the project within the specified time and most importantly, within Budget.
The City leadership was represented by the City Engineer. The Ministry’s Estates Officer and Contract Manager was also present.
The team was hosted to a sumptuous lunch by the Permanent Secretary.
