Heads Of Divisions
Policy and Planning Division
The Policy and Planning Division provides strategic direction for the Ministry by formulating, reviewing, and coordinating policies related to justice and constitutional affairs. The Division is responsible for strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of Ministry programs, research, and ensuring alignment of Ministry activities with national development priorities.
The Human Resource Division
The Human Resource Division manages the Ministry’s workforce, covering recruitment, staff welfare, training and capacity building, performance management, discipline, and compliance with public service human resource policies. The Division works to build a skilled, motivated, and productive workforce.
General Administration
The General Administration Division oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Ministry. Its functions include facilities and asset management, transport and logistics, office management, and coordination of support services that enable other divisions and units to function effectively.
